1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services offered by KAAB Films India Private Limited (“Company,” “We,” “Us”). By booking, purchasing, or availing our production-related services, the client (“You” or “Client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  1. KAAB Films India Private Limited provides a wide range of production and creative services including but not limited to:
  2. Wedding & Pre-Wedding Photography/Videography
  3. Maternity & Newborn Photoshoots
  4. Model Portfolios
  5. Product & E-commerce Shoots
  6. Podcast Studio & Production Services
  7. Editing & Post-Production
  8. Creative Content Production for Brands & Social Media

All service deliverables, timelines, and charges are communicated through an invoice, quotation, or written agreement prior to the start of the project.

3.1 Advance Booking Amount:

A non-refundable advance payment is required to reserve dates, studio slots, and production resources.

 

3.2 Full Payment Terms:

The remaining balance must be cleared before the final delivery of photos, videos, or project files—unless agreed otherwise in writing.

 

3.3 Payment Methods:

We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, or any payment mode officially supported by KAAB Films India Private Limited.

4.1 After Service Completion:

Once the service is completed—whether production, shoot, editing, or final deliverables—no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

 

4.2 Client Cancellations or Change of Mind:

Refunds will not be provided if the client changes their mind, is dissatisfied due to personal preference, or is unable to use the material for reasons not related to the Company.

 

4.3 Delay or Non-Cooperation by Client:

If the client fails to provide required information, materials, availability, or approvals causing delays, the advance remains non-refundable.

 

4.4 Rescheduling:

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. No refunds apply for date changes.

5.1 Included Revisions:

Each project includes 2-3 revision rounds of editing revisions.

 

5.2 Additional Revisions:

Extra revisions beyond the included limit will be chargeable.

 

5.3 Re-Shoots:

Re-shooting due to client dissatisfaction or changes in concept will be chargeable as a new service.

The client agrees to:

  1. Provide accurate project details and expectations.
  2. Ensure timely approvals and responses.
  3. Provide necessary materials such as references, scripts, products, or branding guidelines.
  4. Be present on the shoot day on time.
  5. Project delays caused by the client will extend delivery timelines.

7.1 Raw Files:

All raw footage and unedited photos remain the property of KAAB Films India Private Limited unless purchased separately.

 

7.2 Usage Rights:

Final edited deliverables may be used by the Company for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

 

7.3 Client Usage:

Clients receive usage rights as defined in the project agreement.

7.1 Raw Files:

All raw footage and unedited photos remain the property of KAAB Films India Private Limited unless purchased separately.

 

7.2 Usage Rights:

Final edited deliverables may be used by the Company for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

 

7.3 Client Usage:

Clients receive usage rights as defined in the project agreement.

If the client cancels the booking at any stage, no refund will be provided.
If the Company cancels due to unavoidable circumstances, the booking amount will be refunded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Delhi/NCR courts, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
